The cost of counterfeiting these fake wines is very low. For example, a bottle of "Lafite" red wine costs about 300 yuan, the cost of liquid is less than 30 yuan, and the cost is less than 500 yuan with labels, wine stoppers, packaging boxes and so on.

The counterfeiters sell the goods at a wholesale price of more than 1,000 yuan, and then pass through middlemen to make the difference. The price is more than 5,000 yuan in the retail market, which is no different from the real goods. The selling price is a dozen times higher than the cost.
