Helan Red Winery and Hejinzun Winery are both state-owned wineries in Ningxia. Information from the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Public Resource Trading Network shows that at the end of March, Ningxia Hejinzun Winery and Ningxia Helanhong Winery successively released listing and transfer information. The transfer bottom price is 92 million RMB  and 280 million RMB respectively, and the deadline for the project is the end of March.
