In this proposal, Zhou Hongjiang appealed that domestic wine companies and foreign companies are now in an unequal competitive position, and the high tax on domestic wine companies has been a heavry the burden for them for furthur development. He suggested that the wine consumption tax should be abolished as soon as possible.
